Southern Maine Heart Walk

The Holden Agency is committed to supporting the Southern Maine Heart Walk. Many of our employees are raising money to walk the Back Bay trail on May 16th this year.  Registration starts at 9:00 and the walk officially kicks off at 9:30 am at Portland's Payson Park.

The Back Bay trail is a three-mile walk, run or stroll in the beautiful outdoors.  We will have a cheering squad along the way with snacks to help you on that last leg of the walk.  Feel free to stop and chat with us if you need a rest!

The American Heart Association is doing a wonderful job informing us of how to keep our hearts young and healthy.  We are also setting a good example for our children when we participate in these events and strive for a healthy lifestyle.  This is a great cause that we are proud to support in our community.

We encourage you to take a break from your busy life and just take a walk.  Walking is so much nicer with friends!  We hope you'll join us.
