Michelle Pritchard, Employee Benefits

Michelle has worked in Benefits Management and Administration for 20+ years, most recently at L.L.Bean. Prior to moving to Maine, she worked for the State of South Dakota where she was Benefits Manager for South Dakota Retirement System, (which provides LTD and Survivor benefits to public employees).  She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Michelle is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRASM (Human Resources Association of Southern Maine) and volunteers with Work Ready and Cross Roads for Women, and Scarborough High School’s Band Boosters.
